This is the first time in 10 years I have spoken publicly about Juli-Anna’s death or my involvement- which started after the death. 

 

At the time of her death, the courts, the media, politicians and high level government officials all spoke publicly to the death, the issues involved and the solutions to those issues.

 

  I was not able emotionally to speak about it until now. 

 

I have no regrets for the changes that occurred in my life as a result of bringing the issues to the forefront publicly.  Although I garnered the label “Whistle-blower” and suffered humiliation and persecution, personally and professionally for many years after and continue to, it was the right thing to do, and I stand by that.
