If I go through something and it has riveted my soul in a healthy way I will bellow and laugh with a secret giggle and say Yes Yes- it was an adventure!

If I go through something that was wrought with chaos, struggle and turmoil I will nod my head slightly and sideways, grin and say Well it was an experience.
