I have spent 30 years in extensive reflection, contemplation, learning lessons, challenging myself by extremes and following a structured and disciplined path to meet my responsibilities and deepen my awareness.

I plan to spend the remainder of my years focused on, enhancing and celebrating what I AM as opposed to having pointed out to me, coming up against or coming to terms with what I AM Not.
